Was everything good

Bus parfaitement propre. Très bien.

Everything was great, new and spotless clean bus, polite driver, enough stops during the trip and overall was satisfied and pleased with the experience. Will book again and recommend as well.

A trebuit sa cersim aer conditionat de la sofer, el a deschis geamurile precum ca sa vine aer (va imaginati). Pana la urma la conectat (dupa multa galagie), dar tot, cand am intrat in Republica Moldova a deschis geamurile si eu in ziua a doua a trebuit sa ma duc la medic ca ma dureau ochii. Dar cel mai prost lucru a fost ca el a condus microbusul cu o mana pe volan si uneori chear nici nu tinea manele pe volan, a incalcat de cateva ori regulile de circulatie. Daca voi avea ocazia sa mai calatoresc, sigur cu acest sofer nu mai merg.

Autobusul foarte confortabil si curat. Conducatorii auto amabili si punctuali, si nu am observat sa incalce regulile de circulatie.

the service provided on bus route CYZ 888 on 16 July. During this long-distance journey, the toilet on the bus was locked and unavailable for passengers throughout the trip. Considering that the journey lasts approximately 12 hours and that there were elderly passengers and children on board, the lack of access to a toilet was already a significant inconvenience. The most concerning incident occurred during a stop in the Odesa region (approximately at this location: https://maps.app.goo.gl/wU7vLfW24VCn8eEu6?g_st=ac). The drivers stated that the stop was made to pick up a passenger. During this time, the second driver left the bus to smoke. A female passenger attempted to leave the bus to use a restroom. However, despite the bus already being stopped, the driver refused to allow her to exit and closed the door directly in front of her. This was deeply disrespectful and humiliating, particularly given that the onboard toilet was not operational. Passengers should be treated with dignity and respect. Denying someone the opportunity to use a restroom during a scheduled stop, while the bus was stationary and one of the drivers was taking a smoking break, demonstrated a lack of basic consideration for passengers' fundamental needs. I kindly request that you investigate this incident, review the conduct of the drivers, and inform me of the measures your company intends to take to prevent similar situations in the future. I also encourage the company to ensure that either onboard toilets remain operational on long-distance routes or that sufficient sanitary stops are provided for passengers. Everything went fine, there were no incidences. I do not speak Ukrainian, so it was somewhat difficult to follow at times, but also the border controls went smoothly, and we arrived ahead of the schedule. A very convenient and quick way for the travel from the origin to the destination.
