Very good

Everything is great, travelled multiple times with this company and will do more trips.

The bus was good, the drivers were professional, we arrived safely. The bus doesn't have a working restroom, so stopping every four hours to use the restroom for 57 people significantly increased the travel time. Wi-Fi is practically nonexistent. The drivers didn't allow passengers to use the front door and were quite unfriendly. The ticket price was quite high compared to other carriers.

Der Bus hatte eine halbe Stunde Verspätung. Dann kam der Bus und mir wurde gesagt, dass sei nicht der richtige, es käme noch einer. War etwas chaotisch. Die Toilette war während der gesamten Reise defekt. Wir haben aber regelmäßig Pausen gemacht. Der Fahrer ist sehr gut gefahren. Sitze waren ok.

Everything is fine

It was comfortable journey, however my only complaint is that the driver took a long way around to include certain additional drop off points on the way to Krakow, which have added a few extra hours to the journey. I do not know if this is a new route from now on but it was considerably longer way than any other times I traveled with this service. But still, I would award good rating.
