The bus was old, and my seat was in a terrible state, which was terribly uncomfortable, especially at night. The armrests were broken, the charging port didn't work, and the air conditioning was also poor, and it was very cold at night and very hot during the day. However, the staff was helpful and provided tea, and they were polite, even waiting for a lost passenger who was late. For those who enjoy traveling by bus, I recommend it, but it's not my preferred method of travel.coughing bus passengers with snot is disgusting...

Couldn't find bus @ otogar. No direction or bus number. Antalya otogar massive. Couldn't find info desk either.

the driver and his assistant smoked right on the bus, despite the request not to smoke. They didn't offer tea or water; we drank tea from thermoses ourselves. On the way from Istanbul to Antalya on a previous trip by the same company, passengers were served tea and water in the evening and in the morning. The driver often spoke on the phone. The delay was about 2 hours.

I came to Izmir early morning and took free shuttle service from Isparta Petrol Tourism office to Izmir Otogar. I had free time before the night bus to Antalya and wanted to see the city, but the problem was with my luggage and where to leave it. The managers of Isparta Petrol Tourism took my luggage for storage and thanks to them I went for a walk around Izmir. The bus was clean and comfortable. During the journey we were given water and tea, and there were several sanitary stops. I am satisfied with the service and recommend the Isparta Petrol Tourism with pleasure.

Very good service and nice staff. Very comfortable bus. The only downside; route announced at 3H30 and in fact it was 5H long
