I was very disappointed with my experience on the Polish train. I had purchased tickets, but I accidentally bought a child ticket because I didn’t know that my child was not eligible for this discount because we do not live in Poland. I immediately asked the conductor if I could simply pay the difference in price, but I was refused and was required to pay the full fare. I feel this was unfair, as it was an honest mistake and not an attempt to travel without a valid ticket.

The train was 2 hours late and many people were standing on the way.

Not satisfied with the services of the Krakow Przemysl train. the train was late by 20 minutes. had to bake on the platform + 35 degrees. then the train arrived on another track, not the one indicated on the board. the train has no air conditioning, again it's hot. Not a comfortable trip. stressful situation. Не задоволена послугами потяга Краків пшемишль. потяг запізнився на 20 хв. довелося жаритися на пероні + 35 градусів. потім потяг приїхав на іншу колію не та яка була зазначена на табло. в потязі не має кондиціонерів, знову жара. Не комфортна поїздка. стресова ситуація.
