recently traveled with your company on a 21-hour bus ride. First, I want to thank the drivers — they were professional and drove safely. The bus didn’t break down, and we arrived from point A to point B on time, which is always appreciated. However, I have to be honest about the condition of the bus itself. It was clearly an old vehicle, possibly from the previous century, and completely unfit for modern long-distance travel. There was no air-conditioning, no ventilation at all, and with the heat, the entire bus was sweating for hours. It was extremely uncomfortable and frankly unacceptable in the 21st century. I understand that not every bus has to have Wi-Fi or power outlets, but at the very least, proper ventilation is a basic requirement for a trip of this length. I hope the company takes this seriously and invests in updating its fleet — passengers deserve a minimum standard of comfort, especially on such long journeys.
