Fast and furious :)

That particular trip actually got cancelled. We received a message saying that the ride on that hour could not be fulfilled and were offered to pick a different time, which didn't suit us. We specifically needed a certain departure time, paid for a different ride and negotiated for a refund for the cancelled trip which we never received unfortunately.

It was the worst transportation experience. At the meeting point, there was no sign, no obvious vehicle, but only a guy was standing - the transportation is with a regular car for 5 pp. I expected a bus or van. And he was checking bookings but my name was not on the list. The car was full and I couldn’t get in. When I called the company, they said I asked a refund and I was cancelled but I never did. The company didn’t even try to give me solutions. Eventually the driver guy transferred me to another time slot but different meeting point.. Communicating with the new numbers the guy gave me was also hard. The lady on the phone was rude. I ended up to get to Yerevan but I was always doubtful on the way. And inside the car was hot as hell. Driving so fast that some passengers felt sick. I guess this platform is not well connected to this area. Better to use poputi instead or just book trains. Never recommend

Cars were good, drivvers were good and respertful

First, I was notified the day before that we would leave later than expected. I was a bit mad for the change of hours, but finally the service was perfect. We had a very nice car for the family and the driver was kind, careful on the road. We really enjoy the ride and we arrived in 6 hours with a stop of 20 minutes.

Really bad experience. I went on the bus at 1am, it was super confusing. We had to change cars in the border, the drivers where also trying to decide things while we waited. The driver was driving too fast eith rain and fog on the road. I advise to take the bus during the day, during the night you cant rest.

We had no concrete Meeting point, phoning was not successful. We took another ride and do not recommend this offer. Cheap is sometimes to cheap.
