More than 2 hours delay, so I bought a ticket for another carrier.

No internet in the bus, but it is mentioned on the website that WiFi is available

Fast, comfortable and the driver kept good communicatiom all the time. We had plenty of stops to stretch our legs and get something to eat or drink. Minibus was clean, air conditioned and tidy. Driver informed us of a transfer to another bus, which then took us to Odesa. A++++ for everything - hope you liked the gift driver.

The driver with a tattoo on his forearm who "helped" passengers and checked the list on April 6, 2026, at 4:15 AM in Lviv was simply a complete disaster. The way you communicated with your customers was embarrassing. We've had good experiences with your staff so far, but this trip was simply disastrous in this regard. Congratulations to the employee; we'll use other carriers in the future.
