The bus is in a very poor technical quality, the light was flickering, the on-seat displays were not working, AC at the back was so weak that it was hot as in sauna, the staff refused to open the ceiling window to mitigate the heat, was not helpful at all

The ride was convinient, and arrived earlier than expected

The bus left the Batumi station behind schedule and ended up arriving at the airport an hour late. If the flight hadn't been delayed, I would have missed it and been forced to buy a new ticket for $600. You should list the actual travel time on the ticket; otherwise, it poses significant risks. I have no desire to go through that kind of stress and aggravation again.

I had a really great experience with this company. The bus was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which made the trip very pleasant. We were given complimentary bottled water and even offered tea during the journey, which was a lovely touch. The Wi-Fi also worked well. A special thank you to the driver for being so friendly, attentive, and professional. The driving was smooth and safe from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable trip. Thank you!

Very bad. It couldn't be worse. While I was looking for a place to board a bus in Batumi, the bus passed by me. At the bus station, they said that the minibus had stopped and was waiting. I caught up by car, but there was no bus waiting anywhere. I had to take a taxi to Kutaisi Airport to catch a plane. I will never travel with your company again.
