Carrier reviews TM LIKEBUS I

The bus from Kyiv to Istanbul was old, with broken seats, and water wasn't dispensed during the 32-hour trip. Initially assigned seats were constantly changed as the bus stopped. I had to change seats three times. Like Bus is the carrier for terrible service and bus quality. The trip from Istanbul to Batumi was completely up to par with the advertised service. Lux Karadeniz provided water, tea, and coffee. Comfortable seats, clean interior, new bus.

It wasn't amazing. There is plenty of room for improvement. The air conditioning was not working on a day when the outdoor temperature was 35C and humidity 81% - luckily nobody had a stroke. The seat belts were not working and the attitude of the drivers could be improved as they ignored - literally not even looking at you when you spoke to them - comments, requests etc. Basically as passenger you realise that there is very little you can do except accept everything as it is. Hopefully, one day, the standards will be improved and the needs of the passengers will be at the heart of the service provider (as it should be).

The bus arrived an hour late and it was quite chaotic with no room for our luggages.

The bus was 1h30 delayed which was very inconvenient since we had to wait at a gas station while it was very cold.

'Route: Київ-Софія'. This bus does not go to Plovdiv (it goes straight to Sofia)! And it was more than an hour late in Bucharest. infobus.eu, return my money, please.

The bus didn't depart on time, and it arrived almost 40 minutes later than estimated.
