  • Very unsatisfied, almost missed my flight because of them, help desk is useless, many people of that day loose their flights because company sent all their 5 busses in one border, we supposed to arrive at 9 am in the morning. I ordered taxi to the border for 300 euros with 3 other passengers to not loose the flight. I had 8 h more to be sure we arrive on time. When I called to service desk they said they couldn't do anything.
