Hard to rate a bus company that leaves you behind at the border. I can only assume the bus staff miscounted the number of passengers but the bag beside an empty seat should have been a giveaway. No apology forthcoming either so suggest you consider an alternative carrier.

Very easy transfer, great staff- very professional and caring.

We had allocated seats, but passengers sat randomly one by one and didn't want to give me and my daughter our seats, so we had to occupy seats behind the driver until they got out in Sofia. One of the drivers was absolutely rude with passengers and smoked on the bus during the trip. They left one lady on the bus station during the trip and she had to take taxy to catch the bus. They also didn't wake us up half an hour before we came to Athens and we literally had to jump out of the bus on the first stop but we needed to get out in Pireas.

I had a terrible travel experience with Arda Tur, a trip I booked via Infobus. We departed with a one-hour delay. There were constant, lengthy stops along the way; after a delay at the border, the stops became even longer. Finally, just before arriving in Istanbul, the drivers made another completely inexplicable detour that cost us an additional 30 minutes. I contacted customer support, but I never received a reply via email. I strongly advise against using this company.

The trip took 12 hours in fact instead of 8 hours as it was promised. That's okey, because there may be delays at the border who can no one predict. However, the Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout the trip, and another drawback was the lack of charging ports.

Drivers don’t speak English. Passengers were sitting at my seats, and they became angry at me when they were asked to leave (thanks to the lady that worked in Ayda and helped me to take my seat. Drivers refused to do that). There was one stop with a terrible toilet. Positive: quickly , Thessaloniki- Sofia about 4-4,5 hours

Bus was very uncomfortable for long distance driving,with no internet, no toilet, no English/ Russian bus driver. Nobody knows what to do on the border
