Everything was perfect, friendly drivers, everything was clean with plenty of leg room and we arrived on time

The service itself was fine, but the journey from Germany to Kyiv was extremely delayed. The bus arrived almost 6 hours later than the scheduled time. Because of this huge delay, I missed all of my connecting buses. The trip took much longer than expected.

One bus driver was probably truck driver before. He didn't care for safety at all. He overpassed, driving opposite line in very unsafe and risky way and forcing the opposite traffic to turn out of road. He was watching tik-tok videos on his phone while driving. He was wearing reading glasses to see his phone, however reading glasses prevent him seen the road. He was throwing litter in the window when driving HW in Poland. Another driver told to a young passenger that he always send older passenger out of front sits because they can complain for their drivers but young passengers don't care and newer complain. I have a feeling that this company hired cheaper non-professional drivers.

Good as always

Had a very good journey. The two bus drivers are very competent and friendly. We missed reading lights above the seats, otherwise the bus is comfortable. Many thanks.
