We were promised that the drivers or someone on the staff would transfer us to another bus, but in the end, they didn’t say a word—not about where the bus was stopping or anything else. We also had to unload the luggage ourselves, even though that wasn’t our job. At least they got us there, so thanks for that.

I had a good experience with the trip from Belgrade to Bratislava. Clean bus, comfortable drive. The only inconvenience is the smell of the toilet.

Vielen Dank für die Fahrt, aber diese Reise hat viel zu lange gedauert. Wegen eines Unfalls auf der Autobahn musste ich in Frankfurt statt zwei Stunden ganze 4 Stunden und 40 Minuten warten. Mein Ticket wurde zwar umgetauscht und ich habe einen 5-Euro-Gutschein für das Mittagessen erhalten, allerdings wurde ich nicht sofort über diese Möglichkeit informiert. Dennoch danke ich auch dafür.Außerdem habe ich aufgrund von Unfällen und Staus auf den Autobahnen den Nachtbus Nr. 24 von Göttingen nach Stuttgart verpasst. Ich habe bereits einen entsprechenden Antrag eingereicht und hoffe, dass dieses Problem gelöst wird. Danke!
