Wd did not have any information at what platform arrives bus in Prague at station "Czarny most"! No information on the tickets , czech tel number indicated on the tickets did not work as well

Yes, when we finally reached info center tel number and lady promised to check and call us back, she did and informed that bus is late and will arrive at platform 8. It is not a big deal to indicate platform number on the ticket !
