  • The ride from Constanta to Kyiv on August 26-27 was awful! One of the drivers was extremely rude to the passengers, going as far as screaming at them, making comments like "you don't have to get on this bus", and not stopping for bathroom breaks. The border crossing was already long and tiring due to air raids and this driver made it so much worse for everyone. I urge LuxBus to investigate this.

  • I appreciated plenty of space for legs and functional toilet. The wifi was very slow, almost non-functional. Staff was friendly and we arrived almost exactly on-time despite a long wait on the Georgia-Turkey border. The price could be a little lower.

  • Nice bus and a really responsible driver. The bus was a little late, but the driver called and warned me in advance. That was really cool because other companies usually do not do that.
