  • Older bus, good driver, delay at border beyond driver's control. Support woman was a little rude, but not terrible. Would use again if need arise. Made it to my flight.

  • Trip was handled professionally. We arrived on time. I am tall, so I found the spacing a little tight. And I found that the seat tilt mechanism did not work on me. But I could sit in the seat next to me that was available, so all was fine. The fare was very competitive, so I cannot complain about the seat pitch. One gets what one pays for. I had 3 extra luggage which they agreed to carry for a reasonable rate. Suspension on the vehicle was a little rough and the manual transmission would not transition smoothly at times, resulting in jolts to the vehicle. Would consider using them again.
