Transportation of animals weighing up to 5 kg is included in the ticket price and is carried out in the cabin. For animals weighing 5-10 kg, transportation is possible in the cabin for a fixed fee of UAH 2000 with the provision of a separate seat. In all cases, a special box or a cage with three bottoms is required. The possibility and conditions of transportation of larger animals are subject to separate discussion. Carriage of a baby carriage is free of charge. A car seat is not required for children, but you can use your own. Before each flight, the carrier sends out a tracking newsletter to track the transport. On Tuesdays, a bus equipped with Wi-Fi and Starlink connection runs on the route. The bus crosses 3 borders on this trip. During this time, there may be additional checks, delays, etc. The carrier recommends buying tickets for a transfer after passing all the borders.

The ticket price includes luggage weighing up to 50kg (2-3 pieces) and hand luggage weighing up to 8kg. For exceeding the norm of 50 kg a fee of 80 UAH for each additional kilogramme will be charged. Carriage of your own bicycle is allowed.
