Passengers feedbacks about the carriers

Good afternoon! Please tell us in more detail what happened during the trip. Why did the driver leave you after the border check, and did he explain the reason?

At the beginning of the trip, driver was acting nice, then after 5 min his behaviour changed. We asked him to close his window or roll the window up at least, then became crazy, pulled over the car and started to call someone and talked loudly while he was shouting after waiting for a minute or so, in the middle of nowhere, he decided to go, and then turned on the A/C which is fine and there was no issues with that. Definitely, at 7:30 AM, with 10 degrees celsius and opened window feel cold! Then, his driving behaviour changed, he started to move faster, without carrying much to traffic signs and tried to scare us by his driving, absolutely unsafe! Once we got to the boarder, we passed the first boarder, then in the second boarder while the officer was checking our passports, he left us there! Without any notice! I had my stuff in the car! He didn’t even wait for 15 min! Because we passed the border less than that period! We saw another driver and he called the guy, the guy has been far away for less than 5km! He didn’t come back! Then we had to pay for internet! We had to pay for another new ride! We lost our time and plans for the trip and my personal belongings was in the car! I was there with my family and had very unsafe and inconvenient experiences. No compassion provided!
